Its so easy to get caught up in whatever seems to be the most important or urgent at the time. Now that I'm on the east coast traveling I am going to try to write about where I've come from and hopefully that will help me see the direction that i'm heading clearer.

Hello World!

Wow, we finally got this site up and running! And we’ve got lots of magical ideas brewing about. I think you’ll find we’ve got some wonderful things to share with you. This is soon to be your one stop shopping for all that is this ride that we like to call, The Magic Curry Kart! What a ride it has been. We’re approaching the one year mark and it’s so amazing to think of where we have come. From a spark of an idea to bring decent, hot, affordable street food to the late night dwellers of the Mission ignites a full blown street food scene! The master plan was just to make a little extra cash, have some fun and fill a niche that hadn’t been filled. Now there are street carts galore! We’re blogged about, tweeted about, fanned and followed. It’s a thrill to see what emerges from a chance taken and a dream listened to.

For us, on the Magic Curry Kart Express, it has been a rich and dynamic ride, revealing so much more of the city, the bay and the stuff that lies within. Career change, community building, business ventures, new relationships, culinary growth, food for the soul, food for the body, farmers, eaters and the threads that weave it all together… these are the things that we are reflecting on. And this is what we’d like to share with you.

Come on this journey with us… an adventure!
Check back in on us and see more blog entries, photos posted, more about when and where to find the Magic Curry Man, and the work that’s developing outside of slinging curry!

Memory Lane?

Can you remember the first time you came out for street food with the Magic Curry Kart?
